Fill out the form below and note the steps involved in event promotion at First Christian.  Remember that good event planning involves a 6 to 8 week promotion process.  It's important to plan ahead!

Please fill out this form if you would like to promote your ministry's program or event through one of FCC's marketing mediums.  This form must be completed in order to publish anything in our publications.

Submission Procedures:
1)  Fill out marketing request form 6-8 weeks prior to event if video and/or graphic design work is required.  For bulletin only or weekly beat email only events, information must be submitted NO LATER THAN the Monday prior to needed advertising.
2)  If necessary, FCC staff will schedule an appointment with you to review your request and a timeline will be created.
3)  After initial meeting, an event marketing strategy will be designed and implemented.
4)  You will be responsible for providing all content (i.e. wording) for print or video.
5)  Priority will be given to FCC events.

NOTE: If graphic design is needed, an additional meeting will be required with our communications department.
