BASIC SUNDAY STRUCTURE
Children attend worship service in the adult worship center during the 8:30 hour.  During the 9:45 hour,  1st-5th grade children take part in Extreme Story (day’s lesson taught through story) and Extreme Team (life application activities). During the 11:05 hour, children take part in Extreme Experience that combines worship time (music, communion, offering) with a multi-media lesson that may involve drama, video, role play, or a variety of other techniques. Saturday service programming also provided.

FOLLOWING JESUS CLASSES
Three times a year, Following Jesus classes are offered for our 1st-5th graders who are interested in learning more about making a decision to follow Christ.  The class combines teaching with a tour of the baptismal area and communion room, application activities, and review.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Elementary-specific activities are offered throughout the year. These activities vary in theme but are typically designed to encourage relationship-building, acts of service, or sharing of one’s faith .

Each January, our 5th graders are invited to take part in our parent/child mission trip. This mission trip encourages leadership in our 5th graders, promotes positive parent/child relationships, and opens the team’s eyes and heart to missions and sharing the love of Christ no matter where we are.
